El Bollullo is a volvanic beach not very easy to access. If you are in Puerto de la Cruz, it takes 45 minutes from La Paz area. Warning: The currents and waves can be quite dangerous, so it is wise to be careful even when the sea looks calm. Please also keep on mind that they are not sun umbrellas.
